Hello, I have an account with you guys and I just signed up for the magic vortex plan and I am paying for at least 5 people on my plan to be able to send and receive files from me. These girls are having trouble sending the files all of a sudden and they are getting an error message. They signed up originally for the 30day free trial and Brian Mullen took all their names from me when he set up my plan last week. Now they cannot send files or pick up files.
Please let me know what to do as I have business and these files are pertinent to my business and they need HIPAA compliancy

Is transferring files taking up too much bandwidth when you're working on other things? By changing the Transfer Rate, you can throttle down the magicVORTEX application to save more speed for other activities.
