Transfer Progress Bar  (Radar Console only)
The transfer progress of a file is depicted by two overlapping progress bars. The red symbolizes the Percent Sent, while the blue represents the Percent Received. When a file has been completely transferred, the blue bar will completely overlap the red.
	Percent Sent
	The percent of data transferred from the Sender to the Relay. In the progress bar, this value is displayed with a red bar.
	Percent Received
	The percent of data transferred from the Relay to the Recipient. In the progress bar, this value is displayed with a blue bar.
