Default Transfer Rate   This sets the Transfer Rate that will be set for magicVORTEX at startup. A low value translates into less communication with the Relay (more Internet bandwidth available for other uses); a higher value means more continuous communication with the Relay (faster file transfers in magicVORTEX).   For additional details, see Transfer Rate. Packet Size   The Packet Size determines the maximum size of any data packet communicated between magicVORTEX and the Relay. This value can be one of five settings between 2 and 128 kilobytes.   If you have a fast connection to the Internet, then a larger Packet Size should be used.
