Scrolling the in Radar Console
	Scrolling between files in the Radar Console can be performed in one of three ways: clicking on the file icon in the radar scope, by using the scroll buttons located in the file area, or using the hotkeys.
	Clicking on the file icon
	When a file's icon is selected in the radar scope, then that file immediately becomes selected and its information is displayed in the file area located under the radar scope.
	Using the scroll buttons
	The "up arrow" button scrolls to previous files.   The "down arrow" scrolls to later files.   The "X of Y" ("2 of 3" in the pictured example) corresponds to the current file = X ("2" in the pictured example), out a total number of files = Y ("3" in the pictured example).
	Using hotkeys
	The PageUp key performs the same function as clicking on the "up arrow" button.
	The PageDown key performs the same function as clicking on the "down arrow" button.
