Pause All Transfers / Resume All Transfers
  Pausing all transfers causes the application to cease communicating with the Relay. One possible use for pausing all transfers is to free up bandwidth for other applications temporarily.
  Resuming all transfers causes the application to begin communicating (at the rate specified by the Transfer Rate) with the Relay again.
  Note: The application (when launched) will always start in the unpaused state, even if it was previously exited in All Transfers Paused state (see Program State for additional details concerning the various program states).

  In order to Pause All Transfers when the application is in Online state (see Program State), the pause button must be clicked.
  In order to Resume All Transfers when the application is in All Transfers Paused state (see Program State), the pause button must be clicked.

  In order to Pause All Transfers when the application is in Online state (see Program State), the stop button (located on the toolbar) must be clicked.
  In order to Resume All Transfers when the application is in All Transfers Paused state (see Program State), the play button (located on the toolbar) must be clicked.
  Note: In Grid Console mode (only), both pausing and resuming all transfers can be performed from the Windows menu.
